Our creative directors designed the website for Spivak & Sakellariou. The design gives each attorney and each practice area a clear page, so a new client finds the right person quickly. The same team designs your website.

Your new website gets the same level of design. After launch, you change it with one email.

A new associate starts on Monday. Send the bio and the photo, and you get a preview that day.

  • Practice area pages

  • Case results

Won a verdict or a settlement? Email the result and it is posted to your results list the same day.

  • Intake forms

Need an intake form for a new case type? Ask, and we build it and connect it to the inbox you choose.

01What you get

A new website, and an AI web developer to keep it current

You get two parts. First, senior creative directors design and build your website. Simple websites go live in as little as two weeks. After launch, Julie maintains your website. She extends it and improves it for one monthly fee.

Better

Senior creative directors design your website. They also work on Delta Faucet and Torani. We do not use templates.

Faster

We build your website to load fast. Pages that load in 1 second convert three times better than pages that load in 5 seconds (Portent, 2022).

Found

Julie updates your content, metadata and structure each time the copy changes. Then Google and AI tools can read your website.

That is the build. After launch, Julie is our AI web developer.

01

Change anything, by email

Ask Julie to rewrite a section, replace it or add a new page. You get a preview in about ten minutes, day or night.

02

Found by Google and by AI

We build your site so search engines and AI tools can read it easily: fast pages, clean code and a clear page structure. When you ask for a change, Julie keeps the page titles and descriptions up to date.

03

Monitored 24 hours a day

We check every website every five minutes. If your website stops, we get an alert in five minutes or less. Hosting and SSL are included. We check every page at phone and desktop sizes before it reaches you.

04

Images and opinions, too

Ask her to find an image of people working around a laptop. She pulls one from a stock library, crops it, adjusts it to your brand colors and places it. Ask her what she recommends.

02How you reach her

You send an email. That is all.

At a typical agency, the same request goes through several people and can take weeks. Julie is the designer, developer and copywriter in one place. She answers at once. Anyone you authorize can ask. No change is published until you approve it.

Julie, please add a bio for our new associate, add a practice area page for product liability, and post a new case result — a $2.4M verdict. Headshot and copy are attached.

Step 2 · Look10 minutes later

Added on a private copy: the new attorney bio, a product liability practice area page linked from the practice menu, and the case result in your results list. Metadata and the sitemap updated to match. Your live site hasn't moved.

03How we keep your live website safe

She does not work on your live website

Julie builds and checks every change on a private copy. She shows it to you before a customer can see it.

  • A private copy of your website

Every request happens on a complete, separate copy of your website. Your live website does not change. If you do not approve it, Julie does not publish it.

  • She checks her own work

She loads the pages at phone and desktop sizes. She screenshots them and looks for anything broken. She does this before you see them, and again before she publishes.

  • Only your people can ask

Julie accepts requests only from the people you name. She rejects requests from any other address. No change is published until you approve it. We serve your pages as finished files: no admin login, no plugins, no database to attack.

04How it works

Four steps to a new website

  1. 1

A 30-minute call. We learn what you need and what your website must connect to.

  2. 2

A proposal with two numbers: the build and the monthly fee.

  3. 3

Design and build. Simple websites can be live in as little as two weeks. Larger websites take longer.

  4. 4

Julie keeps it current. You send an email. You approve the preview. The change is live.

05Price

What it costs

Builds start at $5,000. Page count, design work and integrations set the price. The monthly fee includes hosting, security, monitoring and your changes. You get a fixed proposal after the first call.

What customers say
"This is the best website system I've ever used."

"One of the most amazing website solutions I've ever experienced."

"I'm kind of in love with Julie. I want her to be my friend and find myself using 'please' and 'thank you'."

Willie Caldwell, owner, Fibonacci Brewing. He changes his website three to four times a week. He has never filed a ticket, opened an admin panel or waited on a developer.

Senior creative directors, behind every website she touches

Julie is fast because the people who trained her have built websites since 2007.

07Questions we get

Questions and answers

The basics

Can you move our blog and keep our rankings?

Yes. We keep your existing URLs, or set up redirects. Your rankings move with the content.

Does our intake form move with the website?

Yes, with the tools connected to it.

How long does a new website take?

It depends on the page count, the integrations, and how fast we get your content. Simple websites can be live in as little as two weeks. Your proposal gives a schedule for your website.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. We can meet at your office or on a video call.

Can you move our current website with no redesign?

Yes. We can move it as it is.

Who gets my email?

Julie, our AI web developer. Senior creative directors check her work, and you can always ask to talk to a person.

What does it cost?

Builds start at $5,000. There are two prices: the build and the monthly fee. Bring your hosting, maintenance, developer and design bills to the first call. You get a fixed proposal after that call.

What happens to our current website?

Two options. We move your existing website as it is, or our creative team redesigns it first. Simple websites go live in as little as two weeks. Hosting comes with it, and you can cancel what you pay elsewhere.

Does she work with the tools we already use?

Booking widgets, cookie consent, your email platform, analytics, chat, forms. Whatever is connected to your website now moves with it. That list sets the scope of a build. So it is the first thing we ask for.

Does she replace our designers or writers?

Only if you want her to. Most teams make their own creative and use Julie to build it and publish it. You decide how much she does.

Security

Can she break my website?

She never works on your live website. Every request happens on a complete private copy. You review it there. She checks the pages at phone and desktop sizes before you see the link, and again before she publishes.

Who is allowed to make changes?

Only the people you name. Julie rejects requests from any other address. A request never changes your live website. It produces a private copy. Publishing takes a separate approval from you. The worst case for a spoofed email is an unwanted preview link, not a defaced homepage.

If it doesn't work out

Do we own the website, or do you?

You do. Your website files are 100% yours. You can request a backup at any time. If you move, put the files on any server you like. We are an agency that has built websites since 2007. We are not a freelancer who can disappear with your login.

What if we want to leave?

You go month to month after the first three months, with 30 days' notice by email. Your website keeps serving exactly as it is, wherever you move it. Only the email service that changes it for you ends.

Next step

Tell us about your project

A few quick questions so the first conversation starts in the right place. A real person reads every one of these and replies within a business day, usually faster.

We come back with the build and the monthly as two real numbers, once we know what you have.
