Your information

Privacy policy

Effective October 10, 2026

Julie is a website and social publishing service operated by Razorlight Media, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers julie.agency, our communications, and the Julie service. It explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Client websites and social accounts can have their own privacy policies. When we handle information for a client, we also follow our agreement with that client. Contact the client about information you submit to its website or social accounts.

Information we collect

  • Contact and inquiry details. Your name, email address, website, phone number if supplied, and answers about your project, budget, current spending, and timing.
  • Email and service content. Messages, sender and recipient details, attachments, images, website content, instructions, drafts, approvals, and our replies.
  • Connected social accounts. The names, identifiers, profile details, and permissions of accounts or Pages you authorize. Our publishing providers receive authorization tokens to connect these accounts. We also handle post text, media, schedules, and publication status.
  • Service records. Site permissions, account connections, work history, review links, support messages, and technical logs used to operate the service.
  • Website usage. IP addresses and request details received by our hosting and security providers. Analytics also collects browser and device details, pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, and interactions such as link clicks and form completion.

We receive this information from you, people authorized by your organization, connected services, and your browser. Send only information that you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records by email.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, provide support, check access, create and update websites, prepare previews, and prepare, schedule, or publish requested social content. We also use it to diagnose errors, protect the service, maintain business records, and measure use of our website.

Automated processing

Julie uses artificial intelligence to interpret requests and create responses, code, images, and other content. We send relevant messages, attachments, website content, and service context to providers that perform this processing. Our team can also review this information to provide support and operate Julie. Review drafts before approval because automated output can contain errors.

Social account connections

You choose which available accounts to connect through the platform’s authorization process. We use the access you grant to provide the connected publishing service. You enter your social account password with that platform, not in an email to Julie. The platform controls the permissions it offers and its own handling of your information.

Who receives information

  • Service providers. Providers of email delivery, hosting, security, storage, software development, artificial intelligence, analytics, and social account connection and publishing process information needed for their functions.
  • Your organization and chosen recipients. Authorized users can receive work and status information. People included on an email thread can receive replies.
  • Social platforms and the public. We send content to the platforms you choose. Published pages and posts are visible to their audience. Anyone who has a preview or review link may be able to view its content until the link expires or is disabled.
  • Legal and business needs. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable legal protections.

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Their locations and privacy laws can differ from yours. External websites, booking services, and social platforms have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

Our marketing website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure traffic and interactions. Google tags use cookies and similar technologies. Our conversion tracking records form completion and selected project details, such as spending range and website concerns. Google’s conversion-linking technology can store ad-click information to help measure how visitors reach us. The website also loads fonts from Google, which receives the requests needed to deliver them.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can control cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers. These controls do not delete information already collected. Blocking cookies can affect some website functions.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain work history, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal duties. The period depends on the type of record and the purpose for keeping it. Messages, attachments, work history, logs, and backup copies can remain in our systems after a task ends. A review link’s expiry does not mean that all underlying records have been deleted.

We use access controls and encrypted web connections to help protect information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure. Keep review links and account-connection links with their intended recipients.

Your choices and data deletion

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to object to or limit certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.

To request access, correction, deletion, or help disconnecting an account:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Julie privacy request.”
  2. Identify your website or connected social account and describe your request. For deletion, identify the information you want removed.
  3. Send the request from the email you use with Julie when possible. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity or authority. Do not send a password or access token.

We will review your request and explain the action taken or any legal reason we cannot fulfill it. When applicable, we will request deletion from service providers that process the information for us. Some records may need to remain for legal, security, or dispute purposes. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.

You can also revoke a social connection in the relevant platform’s settings. Revoking access does not automatically remove published posts, cancel work already submitted, or delete service records. Tell us separately if you want those actions. We can explain what remains possible after access is removed. Copies held by recipients or other users are outside our control.

Children

Julie is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can review it and take appropriate action.

Policy updates and contact

We will post updates on this page and change the date shown above. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
